All our products are carefully handcrafted, making each one unique. Please allow 3-7 days for creation. Once your order is ready, delivery within the UK typically takes 2-3 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order as determined by Royal Mail rates. You can choose between Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked & Signed delivery options.

For large orders, please reach out to me directly, and I’ll be happy to offer free standard shipping.

Return & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and your order is only complete when you’re fully happy with it. That’s why AMAMAMA offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.

However, please note that custom-made orders are non-returnable.

1. Please note the following:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• The item must be complete, unworn and undamaged.

If you return an order without meeting the requirement above, we will unfortunately not be able to process it and it will be returned to you.

2.How does the return process work?

• Send a message first to us via  “CONTACT” page with the subject “RETURN”.

3.Want your money refunded to your account promptly?

• On receipt of your return, we will check whether it is in order. Your refund will then be paid into your account within 14 days.

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the item. You can place a new order on the web shop. Please contact us first via “CONTACT” with the subject “EXCHANGE”.
